We left Dawson town center and took a small ferry over the Yukon River. The Top of the World HWY, led us by the mountains towards Alaska. In rain and only 5 degrees C we reached the lonely border station. The stamp for the entrance into the USA cost 6 USD/Person. Since we did not have cash and credit card was not accepted, the border official looked the other way and we could enter free of charge.
